Hi friends!

We are all aware that time is a constant process. We are living in unbroken communication with the outer world using computers the size of our hand to give us any kind of information we want any moment. Although we also know that time can move slow and very fast. You can blink and all of a sudden the day is night. Doesn’t it feel that 2018 has been one of those years!? Well it has in Bali.

We want to share with you a way of life embedded in the Balinese culture. A way to see how the Balinese live life at their pace. Have you ever wondered how the Balinese live in such harmony with nature and other people? Tri Hita Karana has long been recognized and practiced by the Balinese for its indigenous wisdom to bring about harmonious relationships amongst humanity, god and our surrounding environment. It can literally be translated as the three causes to well-being to maintain balance of the physical and spiritual worlds by taking responsibility for our life, the community and mother earth.

Tri Hita Karana is composed of three pieces of wisdom known as Parahyangan, Palemahan, and Pawongan that preserve the balance so easily seen in Balinese way of life, architecture, agriculture and tradition. It is believed that the wisdom of living true to these elements brings about prosperity and harmony. Let’s take a deeper look into the three elements to understand how we can live from such a beautiful way of life.

If the answer is YES, then this is the experience you have been waiting for. RISE Yoga’s well-established study immersion and teacher training is led by Adele Kinghan, a master facilitator and Embodied Flow™ yoga teacher trainer.

The 100-hour immersion is perfect for anyone who would like to deepen their exploration of asana (yoga poses), yoga philosophy, embodied anatomy, and creative theming and sequencing – including existing teachers who would like to deepen and refine their approach.

Those who are exploring the possibility of teaching can then go on to complete the teacher training (total of 200 hours, Yoga Alliance certified), with a comprehensive foundation in the nuts and bolts of teaching for different populations, including community-based yoga, in an authentic and inspiring way. This training is grounded in dynamic hatha yoga techniques and tantric teachings.

RISE Yoga offers a skillful blend of movement, asana (yoga poses), meditation, philosophy, psychology and science – as technologies for acquiring an integrated sense of strength, ease and connectivity in the human form. Your yoga mat becomes a place to discover your own innate capacity to step into the flow of your life. You will emerge with a sense of thriving in every layer of your being, and take that Awakened mind and heart back out into world.

Join the Module 1 and 2 to learn the first and second of 6 modules covering the osteopathic holistic approach to the body systems:

1. Articular system
2. Myofascial system
3. Visceral system, fascial system
4. Central nervous system

5. Energetically system

During these 4 day courses you will learn to perform a full body treatment lasting from ½ hour to 2 hours; to better appreciate the role and mechanic of your articulations; and enhance your adjusting & relating skills as yoga teacher.

Wuo Tai is inspired by the elegant marriage of dance and Osteopathy. It doesn’t require any specific physical condition. It is practiced at any age and explores the vast variety of soothing body gestures. Wuo Tai is a new gymnastic for two which movements promote an awakening of consciousness and relationship. The Art of Self-Love

Allow yourself to feel at home in the safety of your own embrace. Let go of your habitual self-judgment, sense of lack, resentment, and embarrassment. Explore your inner and outer space. Open yourself to the experience of moving with pleasure, breathing with joy, being vulnerable and simultaneously invincible.

In this experiential workshop, you will dive into the exploration of what self-love means to you. You will be introduced to ancient and contemporary techniques that emphasize healing and cathartic potential of movement, touch, and play: Japanese Butoh,Israeli Gaga Movement Language, Play Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Soothing Breath. We will experiment with active body scan,  slow-paced conscious movement, hands-on technique, spinal waves, isolative motion, walking with closed eyes, pelvic spirals, and finally relax with gentle breathing, massage and meditation.

All the aforementioned techniques provide a concentrated sensorimotor experience, which helps to enlarge the spectrum of movements, overcome habitual repetitive patterns, and integrate physicality and emotions. Through intuitive movement and breath that feels good, soothing touch that heals the wounds of the heart, and joyful play that liberates the spirit, we create safe conditions for a deep emotional “cleansing”, and release psychosomatic tension in a gentle, fluid and non-aggressive manner. We awaken what is neglected and atrophied, love and nurture ourselves and restore a natural inner harmony.

Osteopathy is a natural and holistic therapy which is performed manually and gently to fix a body’s motion problem caused by disturbance. The target of osteopathy is to improve the harmony of the human body as a global mechanism that covers anatomy, physiology and human biomechanics. The osteopath helps with acute or chronic pain, back pain, postural disorders, intestinal disorders, tendinopathy, post-surgery treatment, migraine and vertigo.

Our Osteopath, Budi uses a handful of different techniques as structural manipulations (by massaging, stretching, adjusting joints, etc.), visceral manipulations, connective tissues and cranio-sacral work. Budi also prescribes exercises to improve mobility and strength to support injuries, nutrition and provides holistic advice to the patients.
