Each Asana is like a mouthful of food; Rich with smell, flavor, consistency, temperature.

Just as with food it is primordial to eat slowly and take the time to chew every bites thoroughly with a calm, present and cheerful state of mind.. So we do the same in yoga; Chewing through our felt tension patterns with our breath. Taking care to keep each breath calm, slow, peaceful. The depth adjusted to the intensity of the effort, but always slow and calm.. Enjoy chewing your asana and let it nourish your heart.
