Mandalas are circular symbols that are part of many different cultures. Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, and some indigenous tribes use them for an artistic outlet to help people find themselves. Designing and coloring mandalas can help you focus your mind. A great exercise for destressing and waking up your nervous system. Painting helps bring balance, peace and tranquility building your concentration for your creativity flow. During or after the workshop Abdi will read your mandala drawing related to your imbalance energy centre in your body and give you advice to to rebalance yourself.
