The world mandala comes from Sanskrit means “sacred circle “

Mandalas are circular symbols that are part of a lot of different cultures. Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, and some indigenous tribes all use them as a kind of artistic outlet to help people find themselves.

Mandala go from the center and outwards, this will help you connect with yourself, free yourself, rebuild yourself and create relationship with yourself.

Designing and coloring mandalas can help you focus your attention, great exercise for calming down your stressed and waking up your mind. They help with balance, bring peace and tranquility, built your concentration, make it easier to be mindful, push aside thought and let your creativity flow. Looking at them will give you feeling of calmness.

During or after the workshop Abdi will give reading on your mandala drawing related to your imbalance energy centre  in your body , give an advise to have it balance..
