Even as your body navigates the shifts of perimenopause and menopause. You’re not alone: up to 75% of women in transition endure unpredictable hot flashes that disrupt work and rest, while insomnia and night sweats leave many reaching for over‑the‑counter sleep aids just to survive the night. You may also feel stiffness and joint pain as estrogen wanes—your body’s built‑in cushion for cartilage and ligaments now running low on support. Meanwhile, metabolic changes quietly usher in visceral weight gain, shifting your shape and energy levels in ways you can’t control.
