Iwan, our student coordinator, and food forest guide, is the first smile to welcome you at New Earth School, a community-run center in rural Bali where we cook and grow food in harmony with Earth. For 3 years Iwan guides guests to the food and medicine treasures of the school’s forest gardens, and now he is bringing his Earth enthusiasm all the way to Canggu. Join Iwan and friends for a heart-centered, engaging exploration of true Balinese food forest goodness.
Chef Putu, the Head cook in the kitchen, is an embodiment of Mother Earth herself. Her huge heart and warm hands bring nourishment to hungry humans.
