ASTORA

When I first started yoga in my 20’s, I was looking for a good workout, I certainly found that, but I also found a whole lot more that I couldn’t have told you I needed…. self-acceptance, a more powerful voice, and a general attitude of mindfulness.
I have received so much from yoga that I decided to take teacher training in 2007. I am so grateful for that decision and all that it led for me. It helped me turn my life in the right direction. My teaching style has been shaped by the practice I found and fell in love with many years ago; Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar and Anusara.
Expect the class with emphasis on the fluidity of transitions, strong holds, and thorough alignment cues to inspire confidence and sense of grounding, we move with intention.
