Samadi Bali is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Canggu – a relaxing coastal village presenting diverse culture, delicious foods and world famous surf spots. We are just a few minutes’ drive from popular surf breaks Echo Beach and Batu Bolong.

Your Stay

Samadi Residency offers ten elegant designer bedrooms in a beautiful space, artistically and stylishly laid out. The surroundings are quiet, quaint and comfortable, designed for luxury living enclosed in a lush green jungle themed environment with stunning views of rice paddies. We have two rooms with king size beds and eight rooms with single beds which are convertible to king size beds. All the rooms have air-conditioning, WIFI, private bathroom and daily housekeeping.

ACTIVITIES

1 hour Balinese Massage

This deep Balinese massage has been handed down through generations in order to promote harmony of body, mind and soul. This massage combines steady strokes, gentle stretching, pressure points and deep tissue work using organic coconut oil.

1 hour Healing Therapy

Chakra Crystal Healing:

Chakra Crystal Healing is a holistic therapy performed by placing Crystal stones on each of your seven chakra points administered by a Healer who was born with a special “Given Talent”. The healer then channels curative energy through the palms of his hands by focusing on the main chakra points of the body to ultimately release stress, emotional tension, clear the mind and induce a sense of harmony, tranquility and freedom.

Cranial-Sacral Therapy:

Cranial-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing that focuses on wave-like rhythmic pulses that flow through the body. This therapy stemsfrom osteopathy, which is an approach that emphasizes the role of the musculoskeletal system in health and disease. The goal of Cranial Sacral Therapy is to help rid yourself of restrictions to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Acupuncture:

Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on an ancient philosophy that pronounces the universe and the body in terms of two opposing forces: yin and yang. Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of qi (life force), believed to flow through meridians (energy channels) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture will re-balance the flow of energy moving through your body. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain, relieve stress and increase overall wellness.

Life Coaching:

Work with certified Life Coach Andrea Drottholm to identify your core values to create life changing actions. As a qualified life coach with a background in business entrepreneurship and yoga; Andrea’s approach is practical, goal orientated, and spiritual. She believes that success and happiness come from having a deep sense of life purpose. She will help you open doors by providing guidance to live a life of empowerment. Life coaching works on all areas of your life: career, money, health, relationships, and personal growth.

Jacqueline
YOGA TEACHER

Jacqueline has a deep ongoing passion for yoga and has been teaching since 2001 and practicing since 1994. She shares Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Pre-natal and Yoni Yoga, as well as Ecstatic Dance Journeys and Sound Healing. Blessed to have been guided by Yogi’s in India, Shamans in Peru, International Yoga and Ecstatic Dance communities, Jacqueline originally trained in Shadow Yoga before going on to practice Ashtanga in Mysore. She then held her own Mysore practice space in Cape Town for 4 years. Jacqueline’s approach to Yoga is one of deep enquiry and self-love based on knowing that we all hover the power to heal ourselves and each other. She is an adoring mother to a gorgeous earth child named Jai.

Melissa
YOGA TEACHER

Melissa started her yoga journey in 2006 in Southern California, and yoga immediately became a staple in her life. Since then she has been continuously studying yoga, attending teacher trainings, and maintaining a steady self-practice. Melissa is a teacher and practitioner of many forms of yoga including vinyasa, ashtanga, prenatal, and restorative. She has made several trips to India to study yoga, breathing techniques, yogic philosophy, and Ayurveda. Melissa studied Ayurveda extensively under Dr. Madan Kumar, MD (Professor at Pankaja Kasthuri Ayurvedic College) in Thrivandrum, India. She believes these practices are tools that can be carried with all of us and applied in our daily lives. When life moves up and down we can find balance, be present, and breathe.
