Are you brand new to yoga, coming back to the mat after a break, or just looking connect deeper to the foundations of your practice? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, join this beginners’ yoga immersion to build a foundation for a safe, sustainable yoga practice. You will receive hands-on personal attention as we dive into key pillars of the yoga practice: postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.

Over this 5 day immersion we will build from ground up these pillars of the yoga practice:
- Asana (postures) – Intentions of yoga postures, benefits to the body, and safe, accesible alignment
- Breathwork – Control and regulate the breath to deepen our practice
- Meditation – Goals of meditation, guided vs. unguided, help establishing a self practice
- Relaxation – How can we use all this yoga stuff to just chill out for the real yoga, living life off the mat.
