The art of Yoga and the science of Ayurveda.
You will begin each day with a yoga practice based on one of the 5 elements. After a couple hours break we will meet again to study the principles of Ayurveda and how to apply them in our life. We will also explore the anatomy of our organs and discover how to practice yoga with them, for example twisting from the lungs, or finding strength from our liver and grounding from our large intestine. You will come out of this course with a deeper appreciation for your yoga practice and tools to empower your health.
