It is administered by a Healer who has a special “Given Talent”. Channels healing energy through the palms of his hands by focusing on the seven main chakra points of the body, to ultimately release stress and emotional tension, clear the mind and induce a sense of harmony, tranquility and freedom.

It is started by applying Acupressure technique on each of meridian points of the body. The sensation of heat is often taken as an indication of universe energy flow. However a wide range of sensation may be felt by both the healer and the recipient. Among other things, a tingling, coolness, warmth, or the sensation of colors may be experienced. About Abdi

Abdi is Balinese, born to a Hindu family which led to his familiarity to a spiritual and ritual life. After finishing hotel school he went on to work in many different hotels and spent numerous years on the high seas working on cruise ships.

At the age of 27 he started his journey learning meditation. Practising and learning yoga for almost 10 years. When he was 38 years old his interest in energy healing lead him to meet many “Gurus” and learn from them how energy works. He is passionate to share what he has have learned so far through healing and yoga.
