The 40-hour module offers a comprehensive approach to wellness and yoga, encompassing a diverse range of teachings including basic fundaments of your life journey as a Yogi or Yogini with integrative explorations. Aligned with the spirit of the yoga tradition, which emphasizes the science of experience and the methodology of self-inquiry, each topic offers a practicum and theoretical background coupled with an experiential dimension that delves into the nature of our human experience. By participating in this 40-hour module, you will deepen your understanding of yoga and enrich your 200-hour foundation, paving the way for a stronger and more fulfilling yogi experience.

Upon successful completion of the 200-hour Mandala Vinyasa teacher training, participants have the option to further enhance their training by completing the 40-hour Samadi module. Upon completion of the additional module, participants will receive the 240-hour Samadi Bali YTT certificate.
